From Head Chef
to GP Osteria

From local favourite to his first Highland restaurant.

After more than 15 years as a chef, including time as Head Chef at West End Hotel, Sylwester brought his food to Inverness with GP Shack. GP Osteria is the next chapter — a permanent home on Market Brae Steps, where Italian cooking meets Highland produce and generous portions.
